Cancellation Policy
DEPOSIT: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. SAME DAY APPOINTMENTS: Please Send a text to 952.222.8143 to confirm availability BEFORE booking your appointment. LATE ARRIVAL: Please contact me if you will be up to 15 mins late. More than 15 mins late without contacting me will be considered a no-show; therefore, the full amount will be charged to your account. CANCELLATION/ RESCHEDULE: IF YOU RESCHEDULE 48 HRS PRIOR TO YOUR LASH APPOINTMENT THE DEPOSIT WILL GO TOWARDS YOUR NEXT APPOINTMENT. IF ITS PAST THE 48 HR PERIOD THE FULL AMOUNT WILL BE CHARGED TO YOUR ACCOUNT TO MAKE UP FOR THAT TIME SLOT RESERVED.
