Cancellation Policy

DEPOSIT: A non-refundable deposit of $30 is required to secure your appointment. Accepted forms of payments are listed below - Credit/Debit - Cash - Apple Pay - Zelle - Venmo - CashApp SAME DAY APPOINTMENTS: Please Send a text to 952.222.8143 to confirm your appointment! Weekly Fills: (Must book in advance). Discounted price will Only apply if you book within one week of your last appointment. CANCELLATION/ RESCHEDULE: You may cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. LATE ARRIVAL: Please contact me if you will be up to 15 mins late. More than 15 mins late without contacting me will be considered a no-show. IF YOU RESCHEDULE 24 HRS PRIOR TO YOUR LASH APPOINTMENT THE DEPOSIT WILL GO TOWARDS YOUR NEXT APPOINTMENT. IF ITS PAST THE 24 HR PERIOD THE DEPOSIT WILL BE NON-REFUNDABLE TO MAKE UP FOR THAT TIME SLOT THAT YOU HAVE RESERVED.
